"In Royal Umbrellas of Stone : Memory, Politics, and Public Identity in Rajput Funerary Art, Melia Belli Bose provides the first analysis of Rajput chatris (’umbrellas’; cenotaphs) built between the sixteenth to early-twentieth centuries.
